As a Server Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the restaurant team, maintaining an inviting dining room, and helping ensure every guest receives attentive, genuine hospitality. What You'll Do Deliver food, beverages, bread, water, and accompaniments accurately and efficiently Assist with table maintenance by clearing, resetting, and refreshing tables throughout service Support servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations Prepare and maintain service stations before, during, and after meal periods Complete opening, closing, and side work to keep the restaurant organized and service-ready Assist with beverage preparation, takeout orders, and guest requests as needed Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room Assist with seating guests and answering phones when needed Communicate professionally with guests and teammates to support exceptional service Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times Who Thrives Here Successful Server Assistants enjoy staying active and working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork is essential. What You'll Bring Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment Strong attention to detail and a positive, service-oriented attitude Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a shift Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and restaurant supplies safely Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods throughout each shift Lift and carry up to 40 pounds safely and repeatedly Bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and move quickly throughout the restaurant Work comfortably in a busy, fast-paced dining environment Why Join Lone Mountain Ranch?
