What You'll Do

As a Remote Client Experience Manager , you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients while developing valuable skills in client relations, benefits education, communication, and leadership.

Client Experience & Support

• Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone
• Connect with clients who have requested information about available benefits
• Learn about client needs, priorities, and coverage questions
• Explain available benefit and coverage options clearly and professionally
• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates
• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support
• Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation
• Build long-term relationships through professionalism, trust, and consistent communication

Relationship Management

You'll focus on creating an excellent experience throughout each client interaction by:

• Listening carefully to client questions and concerns
• Providing clear, solution-focused guidance
• Following up with clients when additional assistance is needed
• Maintaining professional communication throughout the client relationship
• Helping clients make informed decisions regarding their available benefits

Professional & Leadership Development

• Participate in structured virtual onboarding and training
• Attend ongoing coaching and professional development sessions
• Learn industry products, systems, and best practices
• Develop communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Collaborate with a supportive virtual team

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
