What You'll Do

As a Remote Member Experience Specialist , you'll serve as a trusted resource for members by providing exceptional service throughout every stage of their experience.

Member Support Responsibilities

• Meet with members virtually through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
• Answer questions regarding available supplemental benefits and coverage options
• Explain benefit programs clearly and professionally
• Assist members with applications, enrollments, and policy updates
• Build long-term relationships through outstanding customer service
• Maintain accurate member records and follow-up communications
• Deliver a positive, professional experience during every interaction

Professional Development

• Participate in structured virtual training and mentorship
• Strengthen communication, customer service, and leadership skills

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
