Strategic People & Culture Partner, Field Operations

CAVA is hiring a People & Culture Business Partner, Field, to serve as a strategic advisor to field leaders and drive employee engagement. You’ll influence leadership, support workforce planning, and scale enterprise-wide programs while ensuring alignment with our values and business goals. Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in progressive P&C roles within multi-unit retail or hospitality, excellent communication, and comfort traveling up to 50%.
