Job Description
Dialysis Technician Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dialysis Technician to join our team at a dynamic End-Stage Renal Dialysis facility. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Schedule Shifts are available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Responsibilities
- Operate dialysis equipment and monitor patients during the dialysis process.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the dialysis area, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health standards.
- Provide support and education to patients regarding their treatment and care.
- Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record system.
- Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Current CCHT (Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications are required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dialysis setting, with a focus on End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically Renvio, is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
- Proficient at managing multiple tasks in a high-paced environment.
