What You'll Do As Assistant Director of Nursing, you’ll provide leadership and direction to our nursing department while working closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team. You will: Assist with leading, supporting, mentoring the nursing team Promote excellent clinical care and positive resident outcomes Help create a culture where employees feel supported and accountable Oversee nursing practices, policies, and regulatory compliance Partner with facility leadership on staffing, quality initiatives, and day-to-day operations Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners Be a visible, approachable leader throughout the facility Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who leads with both heart and accountability.
