Tax Principal
Jobtailor
Lead a team of tax and industry professionals delivering tax compliance and consulting services Mentor team members and develop deep understanding of clients’ businesses Assume full responsibility for all services for clients in a book of business Review and sign engagement letters and discuss assignment nature and terms with clients and staff Approve fees Review and approve work papers and tax returns prepared by staff Review and sign client deliverables Keep current on tax law changes Develop new business and expand services to existing clients Devote time to the practice and demonstrate commitment to the firm Requirements Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Taxation, or related field Current CPA licensure required; JD or EA may be accepted in lieu of CPA 10+ years of public accounting experience in a tax role with a public accounting and/or professional services firm Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in tax compliance and consulting services, with a strong focus on client relationship management and team leadership. Holds a CPA license and possesses extensive public accounting experience, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of tax law changes. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
