Reimbursement Analyst II- Hybrid

Labcorp seeks a Reimbursement Analyst II to analyze multi-payer reimbursement data, investigate denial trends, and optimize revenue cycle processes. This hybrid role in Burlington or Durham, North Carolina involves validating payments, managing denials, and developing reports to support leadership decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze multi-payer reimbursement data to identify variances, denial trends, and revenue risks
• Validate payments against payer contracts, fee schedules, and regulatory requirements
• Investigate complex payer issues and resolve denials to optimize cash flow
• Develop reports and dashboards to support leadership visibility and performance monitoring
• Collaborate with billing, coding, finance, and operations teams to improve workflows and reduce denials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years healthcare revenue cycle experience, or Associate degree with 7 years, or high school diploma with 9 years
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 5+ years experience in healthcare reimbursement, revenue cycle, or financial analysis
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail with focus on accuracy and compliance
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
