Receptionist Job Summary Located in Lexington, Kentucky, Lexington Premier Nursing & Rehab is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents in a compassionate and nurturing environment. We are seeking a dynamic and personable part-time receptionist to join our team and enhance the overall experience for our residents and their families. Job Responsibilities As a Receptionist at Lexington Premier Nursing & Rehab , you will be responsible for: Greeting residents, family members, visitors, and guests; determining the purpose of each person's visit and directing or escorting them to the appropriate location Answering, screening, and directing phone calls to staff; taking messages and scheduling appointments Receiving mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivering or distributing items Performing administrative and clerical support tasks Performing basic filing and recordkeeping Performing other duties as assigned Required Skills and Abilities To succeed in this role, you must possess: Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Education and Experience This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
