Fitness Membership Sales Representative

Body Fit Training (BFT)
Part Time | $20.00 per Hour + Commission

Body Fit Training (BFT), part of the Xponential Fitness family, delivers science-based group strength and conditioning workouts designed to help members of all fitness levels achieve real results. Every session is led by accredited coaches and supported by proprietary heart rate technology to create a motivating, results-driven experience.

We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Sales Associate who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping others begin their fitness journey. If you're passionate about fitness and thrive in a sales-focused environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Sales & Membership Growth

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective members
• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships
• Schedule introductory sessions and studio tours
• Convert prospects into memberships through effective communication and relationship building
• Track leads, appointments, and sales activity accurately

Front Desk & Member Experience

• Welcome members and guests with exceptional customer service
• Manage check-ins and daily front desk operations
• Help create a positive, high-energy studio atmosphere
• Support day-to-day studio operations to ensure a great member experience

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality
• Comfortable making phone calls and working in a sales-driven environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve goals and earn commission
• Interest in fitness, health, customer service, or sales
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00 per hour plus commission
