Hospice Admission Nurse - In-Home Care Specialist
ProHealth Home Health and Hospice
ProHealth Home Health and Hospice is seeking a registered nurse to deliver compassionate care to terminally ill patients. Responsibilities include assessing nursing needs, administering treatments, and supporting families in bereavement. The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree, active RN license, and at least two years of nursing experience. Flexible and strong interpersonal skills are essential as the role requires independent judgment and teamwork within the Hospice care framework.
