Salary StatementEstimated Starting Salary Range: USD $103,550.00/Yr. - USD $172,450.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.DescriptionUnder general direction of the TRMC T&E/S&T Program Manager, this senior position supports overarching financial management of the T&E/S&T Program for the Program Manager. Programmatic and budgetary documentation will be created and tracked to support programmatic decisions. This includes:Tracking all of the T&E S&T investment program's programmatic documentation and budgets and the tracking of every transaction for every program, project and subprojectTracking responsibilities include being able to provide snapshots of programmatic status and of the budget, obligations, expenditure, and accruals at any snapshot in time and to be able to project future performance and to perform "what-if" exercisesDevelop, implement and maintain tools for tracking performance of the program to enable financial or other programmatic decisions to be made based on performance dataRegularly produce programmatic and financial performance assessments based on input coming from the field for the investment programsEstablishing and maintaining contact with the investment program's programmatic and financial leads as well as the TRMC CFO and MIPR analysts to be able to track all financial transactions and other programmatic dataArchiving Programmatic information using best practices, including financial dataRequirements10+ years of prior directly relevant experience; Relevant Department of Defense financial management experienceKeen understanding of federal government budget/accounting systems, processes, procedures, and regulations; Federal financial database familiarityStrong analytic, administrative, communication, computer, and organizational skillsStrong financial management and planning skillsAbility to initiate, facilitate, and maintain sensitive relationshipsAbility to produce data products and briefings for senior level leadersMust be a team player skilled with resolving conflictsExcellent organizational skills; detail orientedHard-working, dependable and able to work without direct supervisionActive Secret ClearanceDesired SkillsTeam orientedSelf-motivated: proactiveStrong analytical skills/attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office application and accounting softwareClearance InformationSRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL Travel RequirementsN/AAbout UsScientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
