Senior Sales Engineer

Position Objectives

Develop Semi OEM customer/user resources, manage and coordinate direct & distributors business activities, ensure sales projection and profit targets achievement.

Key Responsibilities

To accomplish annual/quarter sales, margin (within cost control) and collection targets, try the best to exceed.

Visit the customers in responsible area and build close business relationship with them. Record customer information in company database timely and accurately.

Understand customer need and trend, provide prompt and high quality support and help.

Implement company and department's policies seriously, include the policy regarding sales price and discount.

Actively push sales plan of the department and closely follow the promotion of new products, new application and new customers.

Strong team building spirit.

Performance Standard/Goals

Achieve annual sales target of the department.

Achieve the collection target required by company.

Achieve the development target of new customers.

Position Qualification Requirement

Education & Professional Background: University, major in Microelectronics, Chemistry, mechanical engineering or relatives priority.

Relevant Experience: Above 5 years of Semi manufacture experience or sales experience of semiconductor related.

Language Skills: Good English communication skills.

Other Requirements: Working location in Shanghai/Suzhou, FAB WET or Dry Etch/OEM related working experience or sales experience is preferred.
