Are you a proven Automotive Sales Manager who knows how to DESK DEALS, CLOSE BUSINESS, DRIVE GROSS PROFIT, AND LEAD A WINNING TEAM?

A well-established automotive dealership in the Greater Los Angeles area is conducting a CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH for an experienced, results-driven Automotive Sales Manager.

We want a hands-on leader who understands dealership operations, knows how to maximize every sales opportunity, and has the ability to motivate a team to consistently exceed expectations.

FORD AND DOMESTIC DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE!

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $13,000-$15,000 per month DOE
• $156,000-$180,000 annual earning potential

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the automotive sales team.
• Prospecting deals, structure transactions, negotiate, and close customers.
• Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales volume and gross profitability.
• Monitor sales performance, closing ratios, CRM activity, and departmental goals.
• Train and mentor sales consultants to improve production and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with trade evaluations, inventory management, and sales strategies.
• Ensure consistent CRM accountability, lead follow-up, and customer engagement.
• Work closely with dealership leadership to maximize operational performance.
• Maintain a competitive, accountable, and results-driven sales culture.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience at a franchised dealership.
• Proven success desking deals, structuring transactions, and closing business.
• Strong understanding of new and used vehicle sales operations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales volume and gross profit.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams.
• Strong CRM, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A results-driven leadership style with a strong work ethic.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ford dealership experience.
• Domestic automotive dealership experience.
• High-volume dealership management experience.
• Experience with inventory management, trade evaluations, and sales forecasting.
