IT Coordinator

Employee Type Non-Exempt MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Ability to install, repair and troubleshoot computer systems and related components in a corporate environment Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, weekdays, etc. At least two years experience working in a professional, corporate environment A commitment to providing exceptional customer service Ability to install, repair, and troubleshoot various software applications including the Microsoft Office Suite. EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED. Two-year degree in IT or completion of specific training required for the position with approval of the Director of Finance. 1 year of technical experience can be substituted for 1 year of training and/or education with approval of the Director of Finance. LICENSE REQUIREMENTS Able to obtain and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License. ESSENTIAL SKILLS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Answers the Help Desk incoming phone calls, provides first level support to end users, and utilizes our internal tracking system to create and update work orders. Coordinates PC’s and Point of sale refresh cycle Review backup logs and ensure successful operation. Responsible for performing the preventative maintenance on all desktop systems, including applicable operating system and application updates and patches. Handles relation or PCs and peripherals Ensures that department documentation is maintained and that new procedures are adequately documented. Provides a high level of customer support to all Casino Pauma’s internal and external customers. Responsible for compliance with the Casino's internal control policies and procedures as it relates to the stated job description. Performs other duties as directed. PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS Constantly walking, standing, hearing, seeing and talking Frequent eye/hand coordination and handling Occasionally balancing, bending, reaching, twisting, sitting, holding, wrist motion, reading and stooping WORKING CONDITIONS Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment Close spaces while working with others *Constantly = over 2/3 time Frequent = 1/3-2/3 time Occasionally = under 1/3 time NATIVE AMERICAN PREFERENCE STATEMENT Pauma Band of Mission Indians, a federally recognized Indian Tribe, in accordance with section 703(i) of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, will give preference to Native Americans who meet job position minimum qualifications with regard to hiring, promotions, transfers and training. #J-18808-Ljbffr
