Title
Registered Respiratory Therapist - Critical Care

Schedule
- Weekends: Every other weekend
- Call: None

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of critical care experience
- Community hospital experience required
- Trauma Level I experience preferred
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, RRT, PALS, NRP
- GA state RN license (GA or Compact required at submission)
- Charting system: Epic

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide advanced airway management, including intubation and ventilation support.
- Manage arterial line insertion and care.
- Oversee mechanical ventilation management and weaning processes.
- Perform tracheostomy care, including suctioning and maintenance.
- Interpret arterial blood gases and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Support bronchoscopy procedures and troubleshoot equipment issues.

Compliance / Notes
- Must complete core onboarding items within 48 hours of contract signing.
- All compliance documents due by Tuesday prior to start.
- Maximum 7 days of requested time off per contract.
