1. Manage and govern the organization's project portfolio.
2. Monitor portfolio performance, delivery health, financials, and benefits realization.
3. Drive portfolio governance processes and stage gate reviews. Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)

Manage and govern the organizations project portfolio. Prioritize projects based on business value, strategic alignment, risk, and resource availability. Monitor portfolio performance, delivery health, financials, and benefits realization. Provide portfolio level reporting and insights to senior
leadership. Drive portfolio governance processes and stage gate reviews. Ensure successful delivery of
projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets. Support project managers in planning, execution Minimum years of experience*: 8-10 years Certifications Needed: No Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Budget adherence and forecast accuracy
2. Benefits realization achievement
