Home Health Care Director of Patient Care Services DPCS

About the Role: Arma Home Health Care Inc is looking for a dedicated and experienced Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS) to lead and elevate our clinical operations in Porter Ranch, CA. Responsibilities: Oversee and direct all patient care services to ensure high-quality, compliant home health care delivery Supervise and support clinical staff including RNs, LVNs, therapists, and home health aides Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal regulations Conduct clinical assessments and participate in care planning for home health patients Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medi-Cal, and Joint Commission standards Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient treatment plans Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations for clinical personnel Requirements: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a home health setting In-depth knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs) for home health agencies Strong understanding of OASIS documentation and home health billing practices Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with clinical quality assurance and performance improvement programs Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and external healthcare providers Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred About Us: Arma Home Health Care Inc is a trusted provider of compassionate, patient-centered home health services in the greater Los Angeles area.
