In this role, you will help ensure hardware and software components function together as designed, requirements are fully verified, and system performance meets mission and certification objectives.The WorkAs a Systems Engineer focused on Integration and Test, you will support the planning, execution, and evaluation of system integration and verification activities throughout the product lifecycle. Working across software, hardware, and systems engineering teams, you will help identify issues early, validate technical solutions, and ensure requirements are successfully demonstrated through testing.Key Responsibilities:Support integration, verification, validation, and qualification activities for avionics subsystemsDevelop test plans, test procedures, test cases, and test reportsExecute system, subsystem, and component-level integration testingVerify system and software requirements through analysis, demonstration, inspection, and testDevelop and maintain requirements traceability from specification through verificationInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software integration issuesSupport lab testing, system bring-up, and performance validation activitiesAnalyze test results and document findings, discrepancies, and corrective actionsCollaborate with software, hardware, and systems engineering teams to ensure successful integration of mission capabilitiesSupport customer demonstrations, technical reviews, and certification effortsParticipate in planning activities to ensure technical, schedule, and cost objectives are achievedPlease Note:This role is based in Owego, NY. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
