For our location in Houston, TX we are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) who embodies what all our employees have in common: always going one step further. Your Responsibilities Drive business development activities and manage key accounts to strengthen customer relationships and generate new business opportunities Achieve growth and revenue targets within the assigned customer portfolio Build, maintain, and expand a strong network of customers, prospects, and key decision-makers while fostering long-term partnerships Identify, coordinate, and manage customer projects and business opportunities across relevant stakeholders Lead and support tender processes, including the preparation of competitive proposals and the acquisition of new contracts Act as the key liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery and the prompt resolution of issues Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and promote the full HOYER portfolio through cross-selling initiatives Your Expertise Minimum of six years' proven experience in external sales and customer-facing roles within the logistics industry, ideally with a focus on liquid chemicals and intermodal transportation Strong ability to identify market trends, understand customer needs, and translate them into business opportunities Experience engaging with senior decision-makers and stakeholders, including Director and VP-level contacts, both internally and externally Innovative mindset with the ability to develop creative solutions and think beyond conventional approaches. Results-oriented, pragmatic, and proactive working style with a strong focus on achieving business objectives High willingness to travel, primarily within the United States, with approximately 50% of the time spent in customer-facing activities; experience within the food-grade industry is considered an advantage Make more possible #J-18808-Ljbffr HOYER Group
