Key Responsibilities Lead and manage kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation. Develop and enhance the menu, focusing on authentic Italian dishes. Supervise kitchen staff and foster a collaborative, efficient work environment. Maintain inventory and ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met. Train and mentor kitchen team members to enhance their skills and performance. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in Italian cuisine. Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire a team. Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for Italian cooking. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
