Position Title: M/S Tele - Must have ACLS when submitting

Start: within 2 wks of offer

Part-time or Full-time: Full Time

Shift times and shift length: 12 hour Day 36hrs per week

Weekend Requirement: Every other

On-call Requirement: None

Holiday Requirement: Rotating Holidays

1 Travel contract completed

Float: MS/ Tele

Notes: Will float to other M/S Tele floors, Nurse to Patient ratio: 1:5-6

License Required: Active IL RN license

Certificates Required: ACLS/NIHSS/BLS

Credentials due: Thursday before start date
