Legal Personnel Coordinator

Innovative Driven is seeking a Legal Personnel Coordinator to join the busy Legal Personnel/Professional Development team at one of our most well-respected global law firm clients. This is truly an outstanding opportunity for a professional, hard-working candidate who aspires to build a long-term legal career!

The schedule is 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and requires flexibility to work overtime as needed. This is a hybrid role with three days onsite in the NYC office and two days remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Run point on all lateral and fall associates onboarding and offboarding logistics and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining and disseminating weekly status reports.
• Process employment changes including new hires, departures, FTE changes, data integrity, etc.
• Maintain attorney personnel files and manage the legal personnel inbox.
• Oversee the verification process of I-9 documentation.
• Administer the attorney part-time program and surveys.
• Participate in the coordination and logistics of the fall associate program.
• Assist with the end of year bonuses and compensation process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of two years of experience, preferably in a law firm or professional environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced service-oriented environment.
• Experience using Workday, iManage, and Microsoft Office.
• Prioritization skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
