What You’ll Do as a Front Desk Agent Responsibilities As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable. Your responsibilities will include: Registering and assigning rooms to guests. Confirming phone and online reservations. Responding to guest needs, requests, and complaints with professionalism and care. Collecting payments from departing guests and maintaining accurate records of occupied rooms and guest information. Communicating important guest details to designated departments. Building rapport with guests to ensure a welcoming and friendly experience. This position reports directly to the Lodging Manager and General Manager. What We’re Looking For We're seeking a candidate with the following skills and qualifications: Reception experience preferred Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A friendly and professional demeanor to build strong guest relationships. Ability to handle guest concerns and requests with poise and efficiency. All employees must pass a background check as part of the hiring process. While we don't offer traditional benefits, we provide competitive wages starting at $16.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth.
