We are seeking a Customer Service Liaison to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

** Responsibilities: **

• Help the sales team process and submit paperwork
• Answer and receive inbound emails and phone calls and transfer accordingly
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Understand how to qualify customer leads using google maps and county property appraiser
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Schedule sales appointments for qualified leads
• Set up opportunities in NetSuite per each scheduled sales appointment
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Experience with Supply Pro software preferred
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, Net Suite experience preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
