Detailed Work Schedule: Weekly throughout the summer. Most weeks will consist of Monday-Thursday 10am-4pm. Occasional Fridays. Schedule is flexible.

Job Description Summary: Primary Responsibilities: Receive and check in daily shipments of athletic apparel, footwear, and equipment. Open, sort, and verify contents of incoming boxes against packing slips. Accurately inventory items and record quantities using inventory systems or spreadsheets. Label and organize products by team, size, and category. Transport boxes and equipment to designated storage areas on campus. Assist in maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient equipment room. Report discrepancies, damages, or missing items to full-time staff.

Requirements: Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow processes and complete repetitive tasks accurately. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment. Basic computer skills (Google Sheets/Excel preferred/Phone Apps). Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move boxes up to 30-40 lbs. Ability to push carts filled with boxes. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and carry items from one location to another.

Additional Information: Must be a current Villanova student with class registration completed for Fall 2025 semester. Summer Housing is not provided.

Physical Demands Summary: Must be able to lift and/or move 15lb+ boxes. Must be able to push/pull a filled wheeled cart (50lb+). Periods of standing and moving constantly.

Wage Rate: $10/hour
