Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Columbia, NJ: $18–24/hr, part-time and full-time, day, evening and weekend hours.
Your rate in this range depends on the position and your experience. Tell us the days and times you can work.
About the role
ASG Home Care is a DDD-approved provider in New Jersey. As a Direct Support Professional, you support one person with a developmental disability at home and in the community.
What you will do
- Help with daily routines like meals, dressing and personal care
- Go with the person to activities, errands and appointments
- Help them build life skills and do more on their own
- Follow their support plan and write short notes after each visit
What we're looking for
- 3 or more years of experience as a DSP or in a similar caregiving role preferred
- Age 18 or older
- Able to pass a criminal background check and a DDD Central Registry check
- Caring, patient and on time
Schedule and location
Part-time and full-time openings in Columbia, NJ and nearby areas, with day, evening and weekend hours.
