How You’ll Support Our Clients

• Create Positive Daily Connections: Spend time talking with clients, listening to their stories, and sharing activities they enjoy.
• Help With Meals and Household Tasks: Prepare simple, nutritious meals and keep frequently used living areas clean and comfortable.
• Assist With Local Errands: Accompany clients to appointments, shopping trips, and community outings when needed.
• Encourage Healthy Routines: Provide medication reminders, encourage hydration, and support clients with their everyday schedules.
• Promote Comfort and Independence: Assist with appropriate mobility and offer respectful support to older adults and veterans.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• A compassionate personality and a genuine interest in helping others.
• Patience, punctuality, and a dependable approach to work.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently in clients’ homes.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable, insured personal transportation for required client outings.
• Willingness to complete required background screening and participate in paid onboarding and training.

Previous healthcare certification is not required for this role. We provide guidance to help you learn your responsibilities and get started.
