Technical Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of Agentic AI solutions within client's enterprise environment. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the delivery team, leading process discovery, requirements gathering, workflow analysis, value mapping, and business validation activities. The Business Analyst will partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, solution architects, and delivery teams to identify opportunities for AI-enabled workflow transformation, document business requirements, establish measurable outcomes, and support successful solution adoption. This role is responsible for ensuring business needs are accurately translated into actionable requirements and that delivered solutions align with business objectives, operational processes, and defined success metrics.

Skills and Requirements

5-7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement Business Process Transformation, or related consulting and technology delivery roles. Demonstrated experience leading stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and business discovery activities. Strong experience documenting current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable requirements and solution recommendations. Experience working within Agile, iterative delivery, or digital transformation environments. Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills Experience supporting AI, Intelligent Automation, Process Automation, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology initiatives. Experience defining business KPIs, operational metrics, and outcome measurement frameworks. Experience working within Life Sciences, Healthcare, Biotechnology, or other regulated industries. Familiarity with enterprise workflow platforms, collaboration tools, and business process optimization methodologies.
