Established (120+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Real Estate Attorney for Tampa, Florida

 

An established firm based in Tampa, Florida with over 120+ years in practice is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team. This role focuses on commercial real estate transactions, leasing, development, and financing matters, advising sophisticated clients while collaborating with a well-established real estate group serving regional and national clients.

 

Offer
Salary range: $130,000-$180,000+ contingent on experience

Qualifications
Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing
3+ years of experience handling commercial real estate matters
Experience with purchase and sale agreements, leasing, and due diligence
Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced practice

 

Responsibilities
Handle commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and related documents
Conduct and oversee due diligence including title and survey review
Advise clients on development, financing, and zoning-related issues
Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to support client needs
