Travel Physical Therapist - $2,346 per week

Job Description Travel Physical Therapist assignment in Arlington, VA at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) unit. Full‑time 40‑hour week on an 8‑hour day schedule (approximately 5 days per week). Travel contract. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive physical therapy services for SNF residents, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing progress evaluation. Collaborate closely with nursing and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize resident outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of treatment and progress using facility’s EMR system. Adhere to all facility, state, and federal regulations and agency policies. Deliver care in compliance with current scope of practice and licensure requirements. Qualifications Active Virginia state licensure (Physical Therapist) with valid SNF unit designation. Minimum of 2 years clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a SNF or long‑term care setting. Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or equivalent. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
