Additional responsibilities: Evaluates assigned patients, designs functional treatment programs, and ensures discharge planning in coordination with the team; completes timely and accurate medical record documentation following organizational and regulatory guidelines; participates in student program as assigned and maintains professional licensure in good standing; demonstrates commitment to safety, quality improvement, and professional development.
