Silfab Solar in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding. You will work closely with HR and hiring managers to improve processes and candidate experience, and help position Silfab Solar as an Employer of Choice. The role requires 1+ year recruiting experience and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR is preferred.
