As our Recruiting Director, you'll lead the Market Center's recruiting efforts by attracting high-performing real estate professionals, guiding them through the hiring process, and helping create an environment where agents can thrive.

Compensation & Benefits

• On Target Earnings: $100,000 - $120,000+

Compensation:

$100,000 - $120,000+ per year OTE

Responsibilities:

• Lead all recruiting efforts for the Market Center.

• Build relationships with prospective real estate agents through networking, calls, appointments, and events.

• Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process.

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Present the company's value proposition and career opportunities to prospective agents.

• Collaborate with leadership to meet recruiting and growth goals.

• Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and pipeline performance.

• Assist with onboarding and help new agents integrate successfully into the Market Center.

• Support agent retention through ongoing relationship-building and follow-up.

• Represent the company professionally within the local real estate community.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, business development, leadership, or the real estate industry.

• Real estate, mortgage, title, or related industry experience is highly preferred.

• Proven success in building relationships and influencing others.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time management.

• Self-motivated with the ability to meet ambitious recruiting goals.

• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• A growth mindset with a passion for coaching, developing others, and helping organizations grow.
