Pet Care Associate

Buddies is looking for a reliable Pet Care Associate & Pet Handler with customer service experience to join our team. The ideal candidate LOVES animals; has experience caring for animals such as dogs, cats, rabbits & birds; has a general understanding of animal behavior; has customer service experience; has a great attitude, welcoming personality and willingness to learn; and has reliable means of transportation. Duties include providing supervision and a safe space for pets. You will be feeding, walking, cleaning, monitoring and playing with the pets, as well as providing basic medical care if needed. The successful candidate will also be responsible for keeping detailed records of pet care activities and interfacing with pet parents. Requirements Provide companionship and playtime for pets. Provide basic care for pets, such as monitoring, feeding, and walking. Ensure the safety of all pets while in your care. Maintain cleanliness of pet areas and equipment. Follow instructions from pet owners regarding pet care. Follow instructions from owners and peers. Keep accurate records of pet activities and behaviors. Interface with pet parents in a welcoming manner during pickup & drop-off. Maintain a respectful and safe work environment. HAVE FUN & ENSURE THE PETS HAVE FUN TOO!
