About the job Account Manager
Position: Account Manager (Client Relations) Type: Office-based administrative role (no outside sales or fieldwork)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks related to personal insurance policies (auto & home)
- No sales or outside visits required
- Process insurance applications, cancellations, and renewals
- Assist with new policy enrollments and existing client care
- Gather necessary information for accident reports, address changes, and cancellations
Office Location:
Cypress, CA
Requirements:
Professional-level proficiency in Japanese Professional-level proficiency in English Experience in the insurance industry
Work Schedule:
Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Standard 8-hour workday (with flexibility to finish early if tasks are completed)
- Fully remote position
Compensation:
$45,000 $50,000 per year
