Warehouse Team Lead (Bilingual Chinese & English)

Location: Grapevine, TX 76051
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead who is fluent in both Chinese and English to join our growing warehouse team in Grapevine, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience who is looking for long-term career growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support warehouse associates in daily operations.
Ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.
Train and coach new employees.
Coordinate workflow and communicate with management.
Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse organization.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Translate and communicate effectively between English- and Chinese-speaking team members.

Requirements:

Must be fluent in Chinese and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Previous warehouse lead or supervisory experience required.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
