CFO opportunity at a Las Vegas-based Vacation company. Seeking an experienced CFO with experience with PE-backed companies and working with multi-entity corporate structures and intercompany transactions.

About the Opportunity

A high-growth, private equity-backed professional services organization is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. This role will partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and long-term growth initiatives.

The CFO will oversee Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Human Resources, and Procurement, serving as a key business partner in translating financial and operational data into actionable insights that support decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred.
Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience within a high-growth, private equity-backed company.
Deep expertise in accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, and operational finance.
Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
Experience partnering with executive leadership, lenders, investors, and board stakeholders.
Demonstrated success building scalable processes, improving operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and business partnering skills.
