PIRTEK is the nation's leader in on-site hydraulic and industrial hose replacement — the 24/7 emergency crew that keeps fleets, factories, and job sites running. We're brand new to Omaha, and this is a ground-floor sales seat with real upside.

Pay: $45,000 base salary
Insurance: Health (we cover 50% of your premium) and employer-paid life insurance from day one
Bonus: 5% commission on every new account you land — for a full year — then 2.5% for as long as you keep it. Reps build toward $70,000–$80,000+ as their book grows.

Plus mileage reimbursement, a company phone, paid training, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

The Role: Hunter, Farmer, Brand-Builder
This isn't a one-note sales job. You'll do three things well:

• Hunter: prospect daily — cold calls, visits, referrals. Omaha is full of businesses that don't know PIRTEK yet. You change that.
• Farmer: grow the accounts you land. Uncover new needs and keep PIRTEK top of mind before something breaks.
• Brand-builder: in a market we're just entering, visibility is everything. Trade shows, networking, events — you open doors before you even knock.

No hydraulic experience required; we train the technical side. What we can't teach is drive and hustle. That part is on you. And you're not starting cold — PIRTEK's national accounts give you warm relationships from day one.

What you'll need

• A track record of hitting sales targets (B2B or outside sales a plus)
• Comfortable with cold outreach and objection-handling
• Self-starter who can run a territory without hand-holding
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
