Engineer I (Transportation)

Role Summary Steere is seeking an entry level Transportation Engineer with 0-2 years’ experience to join our Transportation Group and assist with transportation projects throughout New England. The successful candidate will work with a Team of professionals to assist with the development of contract documents for highway related projects. Typical Duties Highway and drainage design Contract document preparation including plans, specifications, and estimates Participation in meetings with clients and project team members Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering 0-2 years of professional transportation/highway engineering experience EIT preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with CAD and Bluebeam software Desire to learn and work in a team environment Benefits Steere is an equal opportunity employer.
