Accounting Associate - Accounts Payable

WingSwept is an award-winning, employee-owned technology service provider seeking to add a full-time Accounting Associate to our growing team. Compensation for the Accounting Associate position includes a competitive base pay and excellent benefits, including employee stock ownership, profit sharing, and a fully-vested 401(k) with matching contributions. Responsibilities This position will report directly to our VP of Finance and work closely with the rest of the finance team. Responsibilities include: Read and effectively interpret general business documentation for data entry Accounts Payable: entry of expense reports, vendor invoices, and credit card charges Accounts Receivable: entry of receivables Special projects as assigned Our Ideal Candidate We’re looking for a detail-oriented candidate with a strong work ethic who excels in accuracy and organization.
