ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2017, and today I'm fortunate to lead a team of five. I've been with State Farm since 2010, working in corporate, in leadership roles, and as an aspirant before opening my own agency. I'm a college graduate, married with two wonderful kids, and our family includes a horse and two dogs who keep life interesting.

Community involvement is important to me. I support organizations such as the Wake County Nurse Family Partnership, Communities in Schools, and the New Location Racehorse Adoption Program.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Morgan Hedderich - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
