- Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and closing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Coachability and eagerness to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
- Willingness to obtain insurance licenses.
- Ambition and drive to succeed in a sales role.
- Expected annual income of 50-75k+
- Additional quarterly and annual bonuses based on performance
