We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our Ford dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive sales leader who knows how to build a strong team, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the sales team
Drive new and used vehicle sales performance
Monitor and manage sales department goals, KPIs, and performance
Work with salespeople on desking deals, negotiations, and closing customers
Maintain a strong focus on CSI and customer satisfaction
Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals
Conduct daily sales meetings and communicate goals and expectations
Manage inventory and ensure vehicles are properly merchandised and presented
Work closely with F&I, Service, and Parts departments to maximize dealership profitability
Monitor sales processes and ensure company and Ford policies are followed
Help create a positive, competitive, and team-oriented environment
Lead by example and hold the sales team accountable
Assist the General Manager and dealership leadership with sales strategies and objectives

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous automotive sales management experience
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
A passion for developing and motivating people
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
A professional appearance and positive attitude
Excellent customer-service skills
A strong understanding of automotive sales processes and dealership operations
The ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
