Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Workflow Coordinator) to join our Lockbox Operations team. This role serves as a key resource for processors and management by helping coordinate workflow, resolve escalations, support production activities, and ensure service level commitments are met.

An ideal candidate will have leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience, along with strong communication, organizational, relationship building and attention-to-detail skills. They should thrive in a fast-paced environment, remain calm under pressure, navigate difficult conversations with patience and professionalism, and quickly learn multiple systems and processes while maintaining a customer-focused, problem-solving mindset.

Schedule : Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Saturday 3:15 p.m. to 11:45 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Serves as a key resource for approximately 45-50 indirect team members, providing workflow guidance, answering questions, and assisting with escalated issues to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and service delivery.
• Process Lockbox transactions that generally require limited research and are straightforward in nature.
• Coordinate daily workflow and assist in prioritizing work across the team
• Serve as the first point of contact for processors regarding questions, issues, and operational guidance
• Escalate concerns appropriately while maintaining workflow efficiency
• Support production activities and perform processing work as business needs require.
• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and assist in meeting production goals
• Partner with management, peers, and support teams to resolve operational challenges
• Communicate effectively with employees across multiple levels of the organization
• Assist with improvements and support change initiatives
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Four years or more of operations services related work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Operational processing, production, or workflow coordination experience
• Experience working in a high-volume environment with performance metrics
• Alphanumeric data entry or processing experience
• Financial services, banking, or payment processing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with individuals across varying personalities and work styles
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.39
