Space Management Specialist

The Opportunity Lead the preparation or maintenance of architectural, furniture, and space allocation drawings. Serve as the workflow gatekeeper throughout the facility lifecycle. Conduct space audits or surveys to document ground truth conditions and incorporate that data into master files. Create or maintain standards or processes for the CAFM system. Produce, review, and analyze facility data. Develop space occupancy or utilization reports for senior managers and integrate that information with finance and real estate data. Perform space utilization and allocation forecasting. Maintain or enhance facilities data by reviewing or introducing changes based on requirements and applying industry trends, emerging technologies, standards, and new vendor offerings. Collaborate with technical and application teams to identify, evaluate, and recommend technical solutions to support project and systems requirements. You Have: 1+ years of experience with AutoCAD or Archibus Knowledge of using automated design systems and tools, including AutoCAD, Microsoft Office suite, and Adobe Acrobat Knowledge of the facilities lifecycle, including design, construction, renovation, and space management Ability to create or modify facility plans, drawings, or schematics independently Ability to learn and apply CAD and facilities attribute data standards Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience with facilities design and operations, or 5+ years of experience with facilities design and operations in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have: Knowledge of Archibus Possession of excellent interpersonal skills Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor's degree in Construction, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Compensation The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
