Behavior Support ProfessionalLiberty Healthcare is now hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for full-time positions.Liberty Healthcare operates two enhanced behavioral support homes which serve people who have developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. These homes are located in the community of Ramona.Opportunities are now available with our professional staff to directly serve and support our residents. These positions are ideally suited for individuals who have experience serving and supporting people who have developmental disabilities, mental illness and/or behavior challenges.Day to day work focuses on assisting residents with activities of daily living, facilitating various pro-social activities, monitoring and implementing behavior plans, and helping ensure our homes are safe for both residents and staff.As a valued member of our team and full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare you can expect:Starting compensation ranging from $18.50 to $22.00 an hour (hourly compensation dependent upon credentials coming into the program)Comprehensive benefitsCollegial work environment and opportunity to work alongside a talented and dedicated team of professionalsExtensive training and supervised hours to acquire various certificationsTuition reduction scholarship with National University SystemAdvancement opportunities within the organization to pursue leadership rolesFull-time schedule options are now available across all day, evening, and overnight shifts.
