Location: Nashville, TN (Mobile Role)

• Competitive bi-weekly pay

• Overtime pay for hours worked over 40 per week

We are seeking a Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) to join our growing team in Nashville, TN . This is a mobile, field-based position , meaning you'll travel throughout the Nashville area to hospitals and surgery centers, supporting physicians during specialized surgical procedures.

In this role, you'll assist with Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) procedures and help deliver and operate medical laser equipment in the operating room. No prior lithotripsy experience is required -comprehensive, paid training will be provided.

This is an excellent opportunity for Radiologic Technologists looking to expand their clinical skills in a specialized surgical environment while working closely with surgeons and healthcare teams.

• Travel to hospitals and surgical centers within the Nashville service area.

• Prepare for and assist with ESWL (Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy) procedures.

• Operate, calibrate, and monitor lithotripsy equipment during surgical cases.

• Deliver, set up, and support the use of medical laser equipment in the operating room.

• Ensure all equipment is maintained, tested, and procedure-ready.

• Build professional relationships with surgeons, physicians, and hospital staff.

• Follow all company policies and safety protocols while providing exceptional customer service.

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

• Current ARRT certification .

• Active State Radiologic Technologist license .

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

• Willingness to travel locally throughout the Nashville area to support scheduled surgical procedures.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent customer service and professionalism.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Flexible schedule to accommodate surgical case schedules.

• Comfortable using computers and mobile devices.

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver medical equipment.
