General Superintendent

We’re hiring a General Superintendent to lead field operations for a national design-build firm.

About the Role

This role will oversee multiple active projects across industrial and commercial work managing field teams and ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. The position works closely with senior leadership and plays a key role in driving consistency across all jobs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field operations across multiple active projects (industrial, commercial, TI/build-outs)
• Manage superintendents, assistant supers, and field staff across jobsites
• Ensure scheduling, sequencing, and coordination are aligned across projects
• Lead subcontractor coordination and enforce quality, safety, and production standards
• Step in to troubleshoot jobsite challenges and keep projects moving forward
• Work closely with project management and leadership on staffing, logistics, and execution strategy
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and subcontractors

Qualifications

• 10–20+ years of construction experience with a strong field background
• Proven experience running multiple projects or overseeing other superintendents
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or large-scale TI projects
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage teams across multiple sites
• Ability to step in immediately and take ownership of field operations
