Join a dynamic team of Family Physicians. The practice setting has easy access to specialty care including sports medicine, psychiatry, nephrology, endocrinology, and cardiology. The office is located adjacent to an urgent care center, with OB/GYN services in the same facility. Duties include chronic disease follow-up, acute care visits, transition of care management, annual wellness visits, well-child visits, and annual CPE visits. Epic in-basket cross-coverage for the office is required. Several procedures are performed in the office setting, including joint injections, IUD insertion, implantable contraception, I&D of abscess, and skin biopsies. Prenatal care is optional for those with appropriate training and documentation. Float is not required.
